Lovey's Peanut Butter Pie
1 c. powdered sugar
½ c. peanut butter
1 small pkg. French Vanilla Pudding
1 ¾ c. milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 baked pie crust or graham cracker crust (9 inch)
Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter until grainy or in small lumps.
Cover the bottom of a prebaked crust with half of the peanut butter powdered sugar mixture.
Prepare the pudding mix using using 1 ¾ c. milk.
Then add the other half of the peanut butter/powdered sugar mixture and the vanilla to the pudding. Stir and pour into the crust.
Refrigerate to allow pudding to set up.
When ready to serve, cover the pie with your favorite whipped topping.
