Eyewitnesses at the 4th Annual Salazar Halloween Party claim to have seen this zombie, Nurse D.Kay, wandering aimlessly as party goers attempted to have a good time. Luckily, they were able to get a few shots of her before she ate their brains. It is rumoured the Nurse D.Kay will be out again tonight with her counterpart Dr. Bones.
