I noticed this flag tuesday, 8/30 and it is still there today, friday. I would like to pick it up myself but don't think I want to confront this neighbor. My understanding is there is no law covering the treatment of the nations flag but I am very sensitive to this. I have been laughed at for saluting the flag, once at a 4th of july parade 50 years ago when I was a brand new airman. No matter what I think of our government I am proud of my country and will always respect it.
