For the fifth year in a row, Edgemere senior living community was awarded the Greystone Diamond Award at the 2011 Greystone Event held in Las Colinas. “We are all honored to receive this prestigious award for the fifth consecutive year,” said John Falldine, managing director of Edgemere. “Our employees truly go above and beyond in serving our residents, and I’m thankful that Greystone is recognizing us in this way. The team at Edgemere is exceptional, and I’m proud to be a part of it.”
To qualify for the Diamond Award, a community must meet stringent criteria on nine operational benchmarks which include a resident expectation survey, employee expectation survey, first impression visits, financial ratios, hospitality culture implementation, task force participation, professional employee growth, successful licensure, and community accomplishments.
