I am reasonably sure these are mammatus clouds over Granbury today around 7 pm. I have only seen pictures and have read that these are very rare forming on the backside of an anvil cloud, they were at the tail end of a storm formation that passed over granbury (leaving no rain unfortunately) around 630-700 pm 4/23
