The play and the drama continued at HEB Stadium this past Sunday under the clouds and cold of Bedford. The Texas Takeover continued their command of the field with a shutout victory over the Texas Renegades. The Rockwall Rage came away with the win against the Arlington Longhorns in the noon game, taking the budding rivalry to a new level. The 2pm game delivered a monumental upset as the resilient North Texas Trojans found a way to win against the Dallas Warriors while the DFW Hawks continued their winning ways against the North Texas Jaguars in the following game. The fun did not stop in the evening as the Lewisville Savage secured their first ever playoff spot in a win against the Denton Dragons; continuing the theme of upsets during the evening game at eight, the Mid Cities Militia pulled it out an upset by the narrowest of margins. The time for talk is now over--with the playoffs within sight and the championship within reach, every game matters.
