Spring is in the air now in the country side of Dallas Texas. Birds are going to have their young and it is a great time to go birdwatching. Birds are a very important animal and a fun animal to watch. Birds relax us and we enjoy their songs all year round. They feed on pests and insects. Birds also need to be protected and the National Audubon Society has many books and alot of information on its website. The Trinity River Audubon Center right hear in the outskirts of Dallas would be a wonderful natural place to visit. It is always great to connect with nature.The mourning dove is featured in this picture.Doves and pigeons are mostly ground feeders.The house sparrow and mockingbird are featured in this video
