The Magnolia Building and pegasus ontop is one of the most historic skyscrapers in the Dallas skyline.The iorn cactus restaurant in right in pegasus plaza. More new buisnesses are opening up in Downtown and the revitalization process of Downtown has really improved. The city of Dallas hopes to have more new attractions of Dallas and keep bringing in new jobs and attractions.
