9 year old Carson Hart put on his hockey skates, mask and gloves and practiced his ice skating in his Plano neighborhood. Who would have thought you could ice skate up and down a street in Texas. The Wells Elementary 3rd grader was hoping to skate to school Wednesday, oh well maybe Thursday will be his lucky day!
