I was driving North on Hwy 16, just south of 20 and saw a display of 9 dead coyotees hanging upside down on perimeter fencing next to the highway. I pulled over and shot some pictures and the above video. They were wired up by their hind legs and then secured there and seemingly around their neck. Why are they displayed this way? Are they such a nuisance to ranchers that they display them in this way? Seems a bit odd to me.
