We used to take our son Ryan to Ranger games when he was young and he got to see Nolan Ryan pitch. He came home from a Texas Rangers baseball camp one year and announced that he wanted us to change his name to Nolan Ryan Harper. We didn't, much to his dismay. When his son was born they named him Nolan Reid Harper. Since he was a baby Nolan has always watched the Rangers with his daddy. He is now almost 2 1/2 years old and has become quite a Rangers' fan. He gets very excited during the games and tells Hambone "Homerun!" when he's batting. Once Hambone did hit a homerun when he was watching and he said "Nolan did it!".He thinks that when he's riding in the car red lights turn green because he says "green" and he always gets excited and says "Nolan did it". During the playoffs his daddy was at work one night and he put his pumpkin on the batting tee to watch the Rangers with him. This picture was taken by his PawPaw.
