Shortly before 7pm 9/1, I was in The Colony as the storms passed. It originally started as a full rainbow, but the a second rainbow began to show. As the storm move south, and the sun set, the primary rainbow reflection grew in intensity, and a second rainbow began to emerge. This is the 3rd video I captured of the event at the brightest point of the primary, and the secondary rainbow is just visible. (some clouds began to obscure the primary in the middle of the arc at this point)
