Arboretum neighbors 'cautiously suspicious' of garage plan

The Dallas Arboretum has unveiled a plan to build a 1,200-space parking garage on Garland Road, with an underground pedestrian tunnel. Four parking levels would be above ground and two more below. Residents are reserving judgment.
