Habitat for Humanity to once again build a McKinney home for 'Miss Ruby'

Known as Miss Ruby, she's one of McKinney's most treasured citizens. The 83-year-old woman's house, which was donated by a Habitat for Humanity board member, has fallen into disrepair. Now, the organization is building her a new house.
