Texas Panhandle reeling after brutal blizzard

Randy Ruyle and his girlfriend, Karen Birmingham of Garland, were on their way to Colorado when the storm moved in. "We are stuck in Amarillo, Texas in the whiteout blizzard conditions," Birmingham said.
