Murder suspect killed after defying Dallas police

Stoney Rawlinson called police saying he wanted to turn himself in at a parking lot at Skillman Street and Abrams Road around 11:45 p.m. But as officers approached his vehicle, police spotted a gun and ordered Rawlinson to put it down.
