Drowning victim's mom renews call for Trinity safety measures

It hasn’t even been a month since Sharkara Guinn Johnson’s pregnant 19-year-old daughter drowned in the river. On Saturday, an 11-year-old boy nearly drowned in the same spot where Brandy Johnson fell into the river on January 16.
