Teacher charged in hit-and-run spends weekend in jail

Tammy Lowe, the teacher charged in the hit and run death of a six-year-old boy, had her bond reduced from $200,000 to $125,000 Friday afternoon. Her attorney, pictured above, did not file paperwork in time, meaning Lowe will be in jail until Monday.
