Distemper outbreak endangers raccoons... and your pets

Hundreds of raccoons have been found that were either sick, dying or dead from the distemper virus. Animal control officials in Plano are warning pet owners to keep their dogs and cats away from wildlife, and to make sure they are vaccinated.
