Documents detail sexual harassment complaint against Tarrant County DA

Last September, the county paid Joe Shannon's accuser $375,000 as part of an out-of-court, no-fault settlement. County documents show that it cost another $100,000 to hire outside counsel to investigate the prosecutor’s claims.
