Former Melissa mayor pleads guilty to mail fraud

David Dorman, the mayor of the Collin County town of Melissa for nine years, is now a convicted criminal. "He flat-out abused the position that the people of Melissa elected him to to line his pockets," said U.S. Attorney Malcolm Bales.
