Now that's cold: Thieves target cars left to warm up during winter weather

After the temperatures plunged recently, Labrandon Hill started each day with a kind gesture for his wife. He started their car in the freezing cold to warm it up, then walked inside. Then, “I heard my car door close,” Hill said.
