Family of drunk driving victim: 'This is a parent's worst nightmare'

Kellie Seaman, 20, has been in a persistent vegetative state since May 23, when the car she was riding in was hit by a drunk driver. The collision happened at South Ervay and Corinth streets near downtown Dallas.
