Man arrested after stealing school bus, starting fire inside

At 3:14 p.m. officers responded to a disturbance call in the 700 block of Jefferson Boulevard regarding a man entering an unoccupied Jesuit High School bus. Upon arrival, they saw the individual attempting to set fire to some papers in his lap.
