Exonerated after 28 years in prison, man asks for apology from rape victim

The victim wasn't the only person related to a 1983 Highland Park rape case with something to say Friday after her rapist was convicted. James C. Williams was one of two men first accused of the crime. He was exonerated by DNA evidence.
