Corruption trial of former Dallas County Constable Cortes ends in mistrial

The jury gridlocked at 11-1 Thursday to convict the former Precinct 5 constable of felony charges for illegally raising campaign funds as well as not properly reporting contributions on campaign disclosure forms.
