Sheriff: 'Isolated' error allowed inmate to escape

Dallas County Sheriff Lupe Valdez told reporters Wednesday that her employees did not follow procedures properly, which led to the escape of a murder suspect receiving treatment at Parkland Hospital Tuesday night.
