Plano church in remapped floodplain could lose insurance

One of Plano's largest churches, St. Andrew United Methodist, is now in a floodplain under a newly designed FEMA map. That could have a major impact on the church's insurance coverage. Its sanctuary cost $22 million to build nine years ago.
