Dallas lieutenant placed on administrative leave following controversial rap video

The Dallas police lieutenant who made a rap video that mentioned shooting anyone who crossed her is now the subject of an internal affairs investigation. Lt. Regina Smith was placed on administrative leave Wednesday.
