Second person accuses Hurst officer of inappropriate conduct

The controversial video of Hurst police officer Disraeli Arnold responding to a call at a park last week gave Gared Matusz the chills. "Whenever it shows him yelling his name and badge number, it made me sick to my stomach," Matusz said.
