Veterans say Dallas VA Hospital putting lives at risk

In 2004, the Veterans Administration Hospital in Dallas ranked last in the nation. While local officials claim vast improvements have been made, patients, veterans, continue to complain that poor quality care at the hospital is putting lives at risk.
