Accused dentist seeks restraining order against WFAA

Dr. Richard Malouf is asking a Dallas judge for a temporary restraining order against his neighbor, a local blogger, WFAA-TV and reporter Byron Harris. Among other things, the Maloufs say photographing his mansion will cause irreparable harm.
