Fort Worth police make arrest in fatal hit-and-run

Fort Worth investigators worked with their colleagues in Arlington to track down the driver of a black Jeep Wrangler that had been observed swerving on Interstate 30 near Beach Street around 3 a.m. by a Fort Worth patrol officer.
