Construction of new Parkland Hospital reaches halfway point

The new, under-construction Parkland Hospital has reached its halfway point. News 8 took a tour Thursday of the 17-story, $1.27 billion facility. Check out the video to see the progress, and time-lapse photos of the building's progress thus far.
