Inmate testifies seeing Arlington pastor's killer strangle another inmate

An inmate testified in court Wednesday that he saw the man convicted of killing an Arlington pastor strangle an inmate to death in his cell with a blanket. This is the punishment portion of Steven Nelson's trial. He was found guilty on Monday.
