Dozens of dogs dumped; is new Texas law to blame?

Within almost 24 hours, 92 dogs were dumped on the side of the road in Denton County, in Flower Mound Tuesday and near Sanger Wednesday. Investigators blame one or more breeders trying to avoid a new Texas law.
