Some Plano taxpayers upset city helping mall renovation with tax dollars

The City of Plano is giving Collin Creek Mall $600,000 in an effort to boost business. But there are no specific plans yet for that money. Some taxpayers are angry, claiming public money should not be spent on a private development.
