Arrest made in fatal shooting at Dallas fast food restaurant

Witness Joe Pierce said he heard between seven and eight shots fired by a man who fled the Taco Bell in a green vehicle. "He got back in the the car, acted like he was leaving, and he shot some gunshots at a white car," Pierce said.
