Sources: Fugitive who raped 11-year-old Texas girl arrested on toilet

Eric McGowen, the man who slipped out of a Liberty County courthouse last month on the first day of his gang rape trial of an 11-year-old Cleveland, Texas girl, was arrested Tuesday. He was sitting on the toilet when he was captured, sources said.
