Irving man arrested in Carrollton teen's murder

Carrollton police said they believe Franklin Davis, 30, arranged to meet 16-year-old Shania Gray after her Thursday classes at Hebron High School. He then allegedly drove Shania to Campion Trails Park in Irving, shot her, and left her in the river.
