HIV revelation leads to Dallas woman's murder

A 36-year-old Irving man is accused of murdering a woman because she revealed she was HIV positive after the two had sex. Dallas Police say Larry Dunn, Jr., admitted to the crime, telling detectives, "She killed me, so I killed her."
