Police make arrest in volunteer firefighter's hit-and-run death

An anonymous tipster told Fort Worth police Athmar Talal Mafrachi, 19, was driving the vehicle that struck and killed Sergio Alfredo Rodriguez, 26. He was arrested Tuesday around 2:20 p.m. and will be charged with Accident Involving Death.
