Changes to BCS may be opportunity for Cotton Bowl game

On Wednesday, the commissioners of the BCS conferences agreed to a plan for a four-team playoff in 2014, ending with the national championship played at a neutral site. It wasn't news to the leadership of the Cotton Bowl, played at Cowboys Stadium.
