DeSoto police chase ends in deadly crash into cement truck

Terry Arthur was a burglary suspect, who was pulled over around 5:30 a.m. Friday. DeSoto police say during the stop, he resisted arrest and tried to take an officer's weapon. He died when he ran into a cement truck following a police chase.
