There continues to be fallout after a Tarrant County judge sentenced 16-year-old Ethan Couch to probation instead of jail time for killing four people in a drunk driving crash.  Earlier this week, a psychologist testified Couch suffered from “affluenza” and that he couldn’t make good decisions because he was brought up in an affluent household with a lifetime of coddling.  But is that a legitimate condition?
