Today was the last day on the job for Fort Worth Superintendent Walter Dansby.
Dansby abruptly resigned last week, with two years left on his contract. He was one of the highest paid superintendents in the state.
He had headed up the Fort Worth district since 2012. Dansby’s number two, also resigned, leaving the leadership of the district up in the air.
So, who will take the helm and what challenges will they face?
