More than three months after Rosy Esparza was thrown to her death from the Texas Giant roller coaster at Six Flags Over Texas, we are learning more about what happened that fateful July night.

A 92-page report from Arlington police details what witnesses saw. The rider in the car behind Esparza described seeing the 52-year-old fly out of her seat as the coaster plunged down a steep descent.
