DALLAS — News 8 viewer Marshal Thompson was waiting in the drive-thru line at a fast food restaurant at Westmoreland Road and Fort Worth Avenue in North Oak Cliff when he spotted a tornado forming. He quickly grabbed his cell phone and shot this video.
