As the popularity of e-cigarettes has grown, more and more North Texas cities are trying to control who can sell them and where.
Murphy
s City Council is meeting Tuesday night to revise its smoking rules to treat e-cigarettes like tobacco products.

Other North Texas cities, including Mansfield and Richardson have also taken action to control the booming e-cig business.

Right now, there are tobacco ordinances, but few cities have any regulations regarding the battery operated vapes.

Co-owner of Good Vapes in Dallas joined Jason Wheeler during News 8 at 4pm to talk about the movement to regulate e-cigs.
