As the popularity of e-cigarettes has grown, more and more North Texas cities are trying to control who can sell them and where.
Murphy’s City Council is meeting Tuesday night to revise its smoking rules to treat e-cigarettes like tobacco products.
Other North Texas cities, including Mansfield and Richardson have also taken action to control the booming e-cig business.

Co-owner of “Good Vapes” in Dallas joined Jason Wheeler during News 8 at 4pm to talk about the movement to regulate e-cigs.
