News 8's Jason Whitely spoke to Reverend Earnest Freeney of Dixon Circle Missionary Baptist Church as a tense crowd gathered across from police lines following an officer-involved shooting in southeast Dallas.

Freeney's message to those in the streets: "Let the Lord take care of it, and they will."
